What We Accept & How It’s Categorized
Use the guide below to sort your load before you arrive. Sorting keeps costs down and speeds up your visit.
Clean Fill:
Soil, sod, sand, gravel, rock. Concrete/asphalt must be separated (no rebar/mesh) and may have its own rate.
Clean Concrete:
Concrete must be free of rebar and/or mesh. Concrete containing rebar and/or mesh will have an additional fee.
Brush & Limbs:
Leaves, branches, trimmings, wood chips; logs under the brush limit (logs smaller than 15″ in diameter).
Logs:
Pieces larger than the brush limit (logs 15″ or greater in diameter) need to be separated from brush & limbs
Grass & Weeds:
Bagged or loose. If Bagged, You must empty each bag upon dumping to avoid a de-bagging fee.
Mixed Loads:
Any loads that are mixed or contaminated that can not be easily separated on site by the customer will be charged as a “mixed/contaminated load”.
Unacceptable items: household garbage, treated lumber, pressure‑treated or painted wood, dirt mixed into green‑waste, rebar/mesh, stones in brush loads, construction debris, hazardous waste, tires, batteries, electronics. Bring clean, sorted material to avoid reclassification and fees

Residential Surcharges
Bagged material: $3/bag to de‑bag (or customers may unbag on site for free).
Contamination (trash, plastic, metal): $75.00 handling fee and reclassify as Mixed/Contaminated Load.
Oversized logs ( >30″ diameter): add $25.00 per piece.

How to Avoid Extra Fees
Sort before you arrive (separate clean fill, brush, logs, grass).
Remove bags, trash, and metal from all green‑waste loads.
Cut logs to size (≤8′ length; follow diameter rules).
Keep dirt out of brush/grass to avoid mixed‑load reclassification charge.
Quick FAQs
Do I need to unbag grass/leaves?
Yes. You can unbag on site or we can de‑bag for $3 per bag.
Will you take stumps and large root balls?
Yes—We except stumps and root balls. All stumps and root balls must be separated from any other material and are dumped in a designated area.
What happens if my load has trash or metal?
We’ll add a $75.00 contamination fee and reclassify as Mixed/Contaminated Load (higher rate).
Payment methods & receipts?
We accept common payment types at the office and provide itemized receipts for your records.
Ready to Drop Off?
Pre‑sort your load (clean fill / brush / logs / grass).
Secure your load for transport.
Check in at the gate for measuring and ticketing.
Follow on‑site directions to the correct dump area.
