Refund policy

Bagged Product Returns (30 Days):
Bagged products (excluding supersacks) may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup only if they are unopened, sealed, and free of moisture/environmental exposure. Any opened bagged product is non-refundable. Proof of purchase is required. Green Hills Supply reserves the right to refuse any return at its sole discretion (including if product condition is not resalable).

Non-Returnable Products:
All bulk materials (including supersacks) and liquid products are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, regardless of over-ordering or changes in need.

Cancellations:
Orders may be canceled without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to administrative fees, and delivery fees may be non-refundable once a truck is scheduled, loaded, or dispatched.

Quality Claims (Time Limit):
Any quality/condition issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery and before the product is installed, used, spread, or mixed. Green Hills Supply may require photos and/or an inspection before any adjustment, replacement, or credit is considered.
